ANTIMONYTRIOXIDE
Antimony(III) oxide is the inorganic compound with the formula Sb2O3. It is the most important commercial compound of antimony oxide and is a dry white powder very often used synergistically with halogenated flame retardants. Antimony oxides are used with polymers like polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polybutylene terephthalate, and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. antimony trioxide is used as a flame retardant in PVC.
